I founded Skill Spark Therapy with the belief that we all have a desire to live a happy a purposeful life.  My approach to wellness & mental health is focused on lifestyle alignment.

I want you to know that Skill Spark Therapy is a non-judgemental safe space for personal growth & healing. My focus is always on making sure my clients are getting the most out of our time together.
