Service Options
Below are the primary services offered at Skill Spark Therapy Center.
We Work With Individuals, Couples, Families, & Groups
Individual Therapy
As an individual your experiences, personal pain, and collection of struggles are unique to you. There is no one-size fits all to therapy. We’ll spend time understanding exactly what you are experiencing and why so that when you start to make changes that improve your life they will stick. The therapy experience is about you and your needs, always. We will hold the space you need to heal.
Couple Therapy
You might be thinking…”I just have to communicate better.” You convince yourself that you should be able to fix relationship problems with sheer behavior change. The truth is relationships are complicated and that isn’t how it works! Most couples wait too long before they seek help for relationships struggles. The sooner you get help, the sooner you can begin repairing your relationship.
DBT Group Therapy
You are not alone in your struggles! Connecting with people in similar situations can be very therapeutic. Participating in therapy groups surrounding similar issues is a great way to learn more about a specific mental health topic, gain some new coping skills for addressing the problem you are facing, and provide the peer support and validation you need during a difficult time.
Relationship Enrichment
Skill Spark therapists are passionate about healthy relationships and certified Prepare/Enrich facilitators. Couples can attend a group program meant to enrich their relationship, help them reconnect, improve communication, decrease conflict, and work towards shared goals. Grief Support Group

Skill Spark offers a grief support group designed to provide a safe environment to learn about the stages of grief, and process your feelings with others who have been experiencing grief for mutual support and understanding.
